Lab Sample Logistics, Health System Support, Emergency Care Routing, and Rapid STAT Courier for urgent healthcare inventory.

Contractual Duties

By booking us, clients commit to supplying precise cargo data and confirming that all parcels are boxed correctly for transit. Confidence Courier and Delivery Services LLC maintains the right to ban any freight that is poorly packed or involves potential health hazards.

Rates & Transaction Policy

Costs are calculated on delivery category, mileage, and speed. Statements are sent after transport or via a set recurring plan. Settlement is expected per the window detailed on your document.

Arrear Policy

Overdue balances might attract financing fees or service penalties. Delayed settlement could result in the halting of routine logistics work until the account reaches a satisfactory active status.

Vantage & Idle Time Policy

Bookings dropped shortly before the time of collection may trigger a fee. Delay at a site lasting more than a quarter-hour may lead to extra charges to cover the resource costs of our drivers and fleet.

Extent of Responsibility

Confidence Courier and Delivery Services LLC takes no responsibility for disruptions beyond our control, like road blocks or storms. Any compensation for damages is strictly governed by the specific language found within the individual client service agreement.

Governance

We follow all state and national laws, notably OSHA and HIPAA mandates. Every staff member undergoes rigorous training in healthcare security and safe sample control to protect the validity of your professional medical freight.

Protection Clause

Users agree to protect and defend Confidence Courier and Delivery Services LLC against suits linked to moving illegal, dangerous, or mislabeled items that were not properly declared and authorized by us before the transport cycle began.

We mostly serve Southaven, MS, the broader Memphis zone, and local medical hubs. Work requested outside of these bounds is managed on a case-by-case basis and depends on our current fleet availability.
